The Standard King Room had a decent layout along with comfortable bedding. It offered an acceptable level of space, keeping things cozy yet functional.

The AC unit turned on with a loud thump, shaking the door. The shower doors didn't do a great job of preventing water from spilling onto the carpet, turning the bathroom into a mini pool. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were ineffective, with watered-down contents leading to disappointment.

Great and excellent location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away.

Everything was good, reasonably clean hotel, marvellous location in the middle of jackson. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. The rooms were comfy and modern, had smoke detectors for safety. Everybody was very nice and amicable. Location: the venue was short walk to the Otay port of entry and the airport, and a wonderful shopping plaza that has a movie theater and lots of restaurants. On the whole great food; Roots was in the vicinity.

Rooms are super clean and spacious! The kitchen staff was really attentive. The breakfast bar had some tasty options too. Just a heads up, avoid staying on a Sunday if you want peace in the morning. The plaza nearby gets crazy noisy early! Oh, and the AC could wake the dead with how loud it is.
